controlled airspace at 2500MSL from Duesseldorf airport (DUS), elevated to 3500MSL only south of Grevenbroich (10 km), beware of other airspace relating to Moenchgladbach and cologne (CGN) airports nearby. Therefore not an ideal site for XC!
Comentarios de pilotos
Quite centrally located and easily reachable winch site close to the Duesseldorf urban area. Actively used whenever weather permits, also in moderate winter. Used by a club and a school. Can be crowded on good weekends, relatively expensive towing fees due to good location.
