Pilot comments
Typicall small altitude gains (150m, 500') over the launch and punchy in summer. Sticky things grab onto socks on launch. <Moock> Altitude gains over launch are minimal, but higher altitudes are available at spots within easy glide to the north. The site offers fun XC trips north, west, and south. Site distance records are 40M to the north and 60 M to the south. This is a great site for pilots new to thermal soaring and new to cross-country flying.
