Takeoff description
Rocca Patanua is one of the most frequented hike&fly takeoff sites. You can start your hike at Prarotto Church (approx 800m D+) or even from down below in the valley (approx 1900-2000m D+) The smooth fields allow taking off almost in all directions, In the months from october until the april/may there can be significant ammount of the snow on the takeoff.
